Businesses

Individuals aged 19 or older

3. Services

Elaro Media Inc provides services including, but not limited to:

Paid advertising management

AI lead engagement and follow-up

CRM access and setup (GoHighLevel)

Automation workflows

Funnel and landing page creation

Consulting and strategy

Service scope is defined in individual agreements.

4. No Guarantees

While we may offer performance-based incentives or risk-reversal arrangements, we do not guarantee:

Income

Commissions

Closings

Specific results

Results depend on factors including market conditions, ad spend, follow-up, and client participation.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Ad account compliance

Messaging consent (CASL, TCPA, GDPR, etc.)

Licensing and legal compliance

Accuracy of information provided

Elaro Media is not responsible for violations caused by client actions or omissions.

6. Payments & Billing

Fees may include setup fees, retainers, and performance-based fees

Ad spend is paid directly by the client

Payments are processed via Stripe

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered case-by-case and depend on:

Contract terms

Services rendered

Any written guarantees made

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, and materials provided by Elaro Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not resell, replicate, or redistribute without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elaro Media Inc shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits

Business interruption

Data loss

Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

Non-payment

Breach of terms

Illegal or unethical activity

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed through the courts of British Columbia.
